3. Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate job details and access information
Ensure safe working conditions at the job site

Failure to follow guidelines may result in rescheduling fees or service refusal.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Payment is due as agreed in the invoice or confirmation. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a service fee. Returned checks or chargebacks may result in additional charges.
5. Liability & Limitations
VGL Property Services LLC is not liable for:
Damages caused by pre-existing property issues
Surface damage caused by large equipment or dumpsters (unless otherwise stated)
Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or acts of God
Clients assume responsibility for items or areas not disclosed as fragile or restricted.
6. Intellectual Property
All marketing content, materials, and website content are owned by VGL Property Services LLC and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written permission.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
